By accessing and using the Junk Bee Gone website and AI Quoting Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. AI Estimates and Pricing

Our AI-powered visual scan provides estimates only. These quotes are based on volume analysis of provided media.

• Final pricing is determined on-site by our professional crew.
• Actual trailer space used, weight limits, and hazardous material surcharges may adjust the final price.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. User Conduct and Media Uploads

You represent that you own or have the right to upload the photos and videos submitted to our tool. You agree not to upload media that is illegal, offensive, or infringing on privacy.

4. Service Terms

Junk Removal: Includes labor and standard disposal. Hazardous waste (as listed on our Services page) cannot be accepted.

Scrap Metal Pickup: This is a curbside-only, haul-only service. Items must be accessible and pure metal as defined in our Scrap Metal guidelines.

Liability: Junk Bee Gone is insured. However, we are not responsible for damage to driveways or property when requested to enter private areas for removal unless due to gross negligence.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is due upon completion of the pickup. We accept major credit cards and cash. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled window.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the "Junk Bee Gone" branding, logo, and AI interface design, is the property of Junk Bee Gone Inc. and its partners.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alexandria, LA.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
